Sensei Petros a grateful student.

Yanagawa Sensei has focused his training on maximising the body's potential. He has researched animals in the wild, the body dynamics used in many different types of sport, and traditional Noh artists; as well as continuous study of his own strength and movement.

Sensei Yanagawa explains the details of a particular move to enable the student to enlist their inner power in order to throw an opponent.

Such dedicated tuition and one to one instruction by Sensei Yanagawa and his assistants was evident throughout the course.

This enabled students to learn the techniques of Budo Karate with dedicated instruction and once sampled the appetite for more was apparent.
